These terms apply to orders placed with Aqua Lion 🦁 on its online shop.
Your order is recorded as soon as you confirm it. You receive a summary and an invoice. The products are reserved for you until delivery or cancellation.
Prices are shown in CFA francs (FCFA). Delivery fees are added to the item price and shown before you confirm the order.
You pay cash on delivery, or online by Mobile Money when offered. An online payment not approved within the stated time cancels the order.
Aqua Lion 🦁 delivers in the areas shown on the Delivery and returns page, directly or through a partner courier. Delivery is confirmed with your delivery code.
An order can be cancelled as long as it has not shipped. An order paid online then cancelled or returned is refunded automatically to the number that paid, minus 4 % fees.
For any claim, write to Aqua Lion 🦁 through the shop messaging or open a claim from your customer account. Exchanges stay on the platform: they serve as evidence in case of a dispute.
